The petitioner seeks bail in Samho P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 387, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner executed a sale deed in favour of Shankar Chaoudhary with regard to Plot No. 1166, Khata No. 165, Touzi No. 3761, area one bigha and ten kattha.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is co-sharer of the informant. The petitioner sold the land of his own share and no offence under any of the Indian Penal Code is committed by the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12598 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 made against the petitioner and the facts that the petitioner is in jail since 18.01.2017, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Samho P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016.
