The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that petitioners and Raman Yadav came and started firing which hit on his hand. The informant did not make any allegation of firing against the petitioners. The informant got one injury on his palm which is alleged to have been caused in the firing made by Raman Yadav. Considering the fact that there is no allegation of firing or overt act against the petitioners, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40701 of 2014 (2) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
