JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2017 The petitioner seeks a direction to Bihar School Examination Board to issue mark sheet and original certificate of the petitioner of having passed Teacher's Training Examination 1994 (Session 1991-92) in first division.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent- Bihar School Examination Board bringing on record a communication dated 30.03.2017 whereby the petitioner has been asked to produce before the Examination Controller of the Board certain documents within one week from the date of receipt of the said letter, for the purpose of considering his case for issuance of

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the first time the communication dated 30.03.2017 has been made available to him along with the present counter affidavit. He submits that the petitioner will be appearing before the Examination Controller of the Board in pursuance of communication dated 30.03.2017 within one week from today. If he does so, the Board shall be required to take a final decision expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Examination Controller of the Board.

This application stands disposed of.
