In the last two years, the University authorities have not redressed those issues for which unnecessarily the present application is pending. The writ is disposed of with a direction upon the Registrar of the J.P. University from where the petitioner superannuated to verify again from the records with regard to the claim of the petitioner for payment of earned leave for 300 days. Payment has already been made for 213 days on the basis of the official records. If the petitioner can demonstrate that he had 300 days of earned leave in his account, the same will be reconsidered. So far as payment of 12.5% interest on the Group Insurance is
