Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of robbery is against unknown.
Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused Vivek Kumar @ Vikki. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 11.11.2016. Only due to criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the police has falsely roped in the case.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15906 of 2017 (3) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna/successor Court in connection with Sri Krishnapuri Police Station Case No. 129 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
