Learned counsel for the State is present and has drawn attention of this court towards the statements made in the counter affidavit. It is stated therein that the dispute raised by the petitioner is virtually a kind of dispute in
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.966 of 2016 (3) dt.14-08-2018 respect of title and possession over a piece of land and is a purely civil dispute. It is also reported that earlier 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding was initiated by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Patnacity, Patna.
