The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70580 of 2021(3) dt.06-07-2022 2/3 Sections 302, 120(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The dead body of the son of the informant was found lying in a paddy field. The informant alleged that these petitioners along with other co-accused persons have gave a threatening of dire consequences prior to death of his son.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no material evidence against the petitioners. The petitioners have been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. The police after completing the investigation did not send the petitioners for trial and submitted final form, but differing with the final form, learned Magistrate took cognizance against the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70580 of 2021(3) dt.06-07-2022 3/3 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 114 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
