2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 07.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6500 of 2022.

3. The trial court report reveals that the case is running for evidence and till date, two witnesses have been examined. N.B.W. has been issued on 14.07.2023 against nonofficial witnesses. On 16.09.2023, summon has been issued against the Doctor. Next date was fixed for 13.10.2023.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2020, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
