2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 223, 3(5) of B.N.S. and 7 of E.C. Act.

3. As per F.I.R., it is alleged that this petitioner misappropriated 12,112 Kg. of Wheat and 12,486 Kg. of rice, including government poss machine. At the relevant time, this petitioner was Chairman of Afjalpur Dhobhatti PACS.
