2. The present writ petition has been filed for : i) For issuance of a writ, in the nature of a writ of certiorari, setting aside and quashing of the entire proceeding of pending case before the court of Deputy Collector, Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.16098 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 Reforms, Patna Sadar, being Bihar Land Dispute Case No. 145 of 2014-15 brought by the private respondent, the respondent no.-6, under section 4 of Bihar Land Dispute resolution Act 2009 read with rule 3 of Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Rules 2010. The Court of Deputy Collector, Land Reforms lacks jurisdiction over the case mentioned herein above.

ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to behave well within the prescribed units. limits of law.

iii) For issuance of any other writ(s)/ order(s) as your lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. Learned AC to SC 25, Mr. Arifuddaulah Siddiqui has taken this Court to the counter affidavit paragraph 9 to show that the grievance of the petitioner was redressed and he also undertook to withdraw the present writ petition which is signed under his own handwriting on 12.07.02021.

4. Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also the
