Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016 registered under Sections- 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. None of the witnesses examined during investigation stated about the complicity of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.09.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4923 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016.
