The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 252 of 2021 registered under Sections 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that no incriminating articles has been recovered from the petitioner, as is evident from the case diary. He also submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60709 of 2022(5) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond each to the satisfaction of the District and Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 252 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. utkarsh/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
