JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed directing the respondents more particularly, the respondent no.7, i.e. the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Nalanda for paying the outstanding salary of the petitioners with effect from 01.01.2021 till date, however, at the outset,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14288 of 2023(2) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Nalanda, i.e. the respondent no.7 for payment of the outstanding salary of the petitioners. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioners for payment of their outstanding salary, within a period of four weeks from today, the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Nalanda shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter and case any outstanding amount of salary is found payable, the same shall also be paid within the same time frame.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
