2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 106 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 308, 379 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 05.05.2020 at about 3.30 p.m. the petitioners and other accused persons laced with rod, farsa, bhala, etc. came and started abusing and assaulting the informant and his nephew.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case. There is a dispute between the parties. He has further submitted that there is no specific allegation of inflicting assault against any of the petitioner.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 106 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
