2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Amour P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025 registered under Sections-126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to allegation, the land, in question was Khatiyani land of grandmother of the informant. When the informant started constructing his house, the accused persons badly assaulted him. The specific allegation is against coaccused Ashfaque of inflicting Dabiya blow on the brother of the informant who became injured.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that Md. Ismail, brother of the petitioners is purchaser of the land. They are co-sharer of the informant. There is land dispute between the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in the present case merely because they are brothers of Md. Ismail. It has further been submitted that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners and they are the persons of clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
