1. The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "(1) Issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order contained in Letter Nos. 582, 588, 590, 591, 592 all are dated 17.07.2015 issued by the Respondent No. 4, District Program Officer, Primary Education and
Patna High Court CWJC No.13488 of 2015(3) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 Sarva Siksha Abhiyan, Bihar Education Project, Saharsa whereby where under the services of the Petitioners had been terminated without issuing any explanation/Show Cause Notice to them which is violation of Principles of Natural Justice.
(11) Issuance of further writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the Letter No 3349 dated 11.05.15 issued by the Respondent No. 3 by which the Respondent No. 3 had held that the Petitioners were illegally appointed and directed the Respondent No. 4 to take appropriate action against the Petitioners without supplying the Enquiry Report to them on which reports the services of the Petitioners had been held as illegal by the Respondent No. 3 which is also violation of the Principles of Natural Justice.
(III) Issuance of direction to the Respondent authority to reinstate the services of the Petitioners and pay the current salary as well as the arrear of salary to the Petitioners."
Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. This application is dismissed as withdrawn.
