Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 354, 447, 448, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Fulkaha P.S.Case No. 113 of 2021. When the informant was going to ease himself, five named accused persons including the petitioner assaulted him. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted rod blow on the head of the informant.

Both the parties are agnates. There is case and counter case. The petitioner is the direct assailant. There is allegation that he inflicted rod blow on the head of the informant, who sustained grievous injury.
In view of aforesaid, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. His prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail in the court below, that shall be disposed of on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
