JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the order dated 26.04.2011 issued by District Superintendent of Education, Araria, by which a direction has been issued to Mukhiya and Panchayat Secretary of Gram Panchayat Raj, Thengapur (Sikti), District-Araria, to take appropriate steps of termination of service of the petitioner and for recovery of honorarium paid to the petitioner for the post of Panchayat Teacher.

The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before

Patna High Court CWJC No.9467 of 2011 (5) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 the District Appellate Authority, Araria, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted interim relief by this Court on 13.09.2011. The petitioner will be at liberty to file a separate application before the District Appellate Authority, Araria, if so advised, for any interim relief during the pendency of the appeal, within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the appeal. The said application filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
