The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the ten F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners came at the door of informant and started abusing her by calling her witch and when husband and son of informant objected, other F.I.R. named accused assaulted them with lathi and danda also took away a box containing ornaments and cash of Rs. 10,000/-.

No.71186 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that both parties are agnates and due to dispute with regard to passage, a simple Maarpit took place. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against these petitioners. Specific allegation of assault is against other co-accused persons. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Buxar in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 285 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
