2. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2016 in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 226 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 366, 366(A), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as there was love affair between the informant's daughter and the petitioner. It is further submitted that the socalled victim had willingly accompanied the petitioner. As a matter of fact, the petitioner and other co-accused persons are merely helping the so-called victim to obtain a job as domestic help for her livelihood.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes the bail petition submitting that the petitioner along with other co-accused had induced the minor girl to accompany them and the ingredients of the offence alleged are fulfilled. The victim girl has since recorded her statement
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46399 of 2016 (2) dt.24-10-2016 under Section 164 Cr. P.C. which also bears out the accusations against the petitioners.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
