Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is to demand rangdari and firing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Both the petitioner and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70984 of 2021(2) dt.08-06-2022 2/2 the informant belong to the same mohalla. No firing was made. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
