1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has renewed her prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 549 of 2024, arising out of Industrial Area P.S. Case no. 121 of 2023 registered under sections 370, 363, 341, 372, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 75, 80 and 81 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that on receiving a secret information about a gang involved in sale and purchase of children would be coming in the Samrath Family Hotel, it is stated that the police reached there. Seeing the vehicle in question, it was surrounded and the accused persons including the petitioner herein were caught. A child was recovered from their possession.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66532 of 2024(2) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 order dated 7.3.2024 (Annexure-I) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 79297 of 2023 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew her prayer for bail after framing of charge. Referring to the order dated 3.8.2024 contained in Annexure-3, it is submitted that charge has been framed against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.8.2023 and undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, liberty granted to the petitioner in the earlier order of rejection dated 7.3.2024, charge having been framed in the learned trial Court on 3.8.2024 together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 22.8.2023, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 549 of 2024 (arising out of Industrial Area P.S. Case no. 121 of 2023) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J-IX, Vaishali at Hajipur.
