2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 76, 352 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 30.03.2025 at about 7 PM, these petitioners alongwith 3-4 unknown persons on account of family dispute entered the house of informant and assaulted informant and his daughter-in-law and grand son. They also snatched Rs. 5,000/- from the pocket of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are agnates and due to land dispute, the scuffle took place, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Injuries, sustained by the injured, are simple in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
