The petitioners seek bail in Dumariya Ghat P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of dowry death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are sisters-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased and they are separate in mess and property. They have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been alleged against petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioners are sisters-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 12th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Dumariya Ghat P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020.
