The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No.139 of 2015, arising out of Sono P.S. Case No.168 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 498A and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier this Court vide order dated 5.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49228 of 2015 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that ten witnesses have already been examined from the side of the prosecution.
In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44342 of 2016 (3) dt.26-10-2016 enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial without unnecessary delay.
