JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 At the very outset, learned AC to GP No. 21, submits that the order of the writ court has already been complied with and in compliance with the order of the writ court final order has been passed.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition with an indication that if petitioner feels aggrieved with the order passed by the authority concerned, which has been passed in purported compliance of the order of the writ court, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
