This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Lauriya P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 274, 275, 276, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 27(b), 27(b)(ii), 28, 28(A) of the Drugs and Cosmetic (Amendment) Act, 2008, under Section 7(i) (ii) of the Drug (Price Control) Order, 2013 and under Section 20(b) of NDPS Act.

The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of his son, who were selling drugs without any valid license.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70977 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
