2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2016 for the alleged offence under Section 376 and 493 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act registered in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 398 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, the informant is nearing the age of majority.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/Ibrar U T
