Learned AC to SC-24 for the State is present and submits that pursuant to order dated 16.07.2014, supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 2 and 3. He submits that specific averment has been made with regard to no junior to the petitioner having been promoted and further, his case for promotion has been rejected. The Court, thus, does not find any violation of the order of the Court dated 09.12.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 650 of 1998. Further, it may be noted that copy of the second supplementary show cause was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 21.07.2014 but neither any rejoinder to the same has
