Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is suspected to have induced Labana Wasim, the minor daughter of the informant, to go with him.

Submission is that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had voluntarily left her house and no one had induced her to go with the petitioner. Considering the statement of the victim, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
