The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and one Rakesh Mandal were apprehended by the police. From possession of the petitioner only three live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.07.2015 i.e. for more than one month. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 217 of 2015.
