Petitioner is accused in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.11.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
