The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusations are of making assault, got the pregnancy terminated and ousting the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1470 of 2022(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/3 from her matrimonial house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are mother-in-law, fatherin-law and brother-in-law of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Moreover, the husband of the informant has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 12.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71845 of 2021.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 350 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
