1. Mr. Kumar Kaushik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that Statutes for appointment of Assistant Professor for the Universities of Bihar, 2020 is under challenge in the present writ application and as per roster the validity of
Patna High Court CWJC No.13848 of 2024(2) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 the Acts, Rules and Regulations can be challenged before Division Bench. Accordingly, he submits that the petitioners may be allowed to change the subject matter and file second copy of the writ application for consideration of the same by Division Bench.
2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, learned counsel is permitted to change the subject matter and file two complete sets of the writ petition as per the High Court Rules.
3. The copy of the writ application shall be served to learned counsel appearing for the Hon'ble Chancellor by the petitioners during the course of the day.
4. Office is directed to change the nomenclature of the subject matter.
