This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 370 of the Indian Penal Code and 16 of the Bounded Labour System Abolition Act, 1976. The petitioner and two other named accused persons are said to be involved in trafficking of minors and they were apprehended at the railway platform. Submission of the petitioner is that considering the period of custody of other co-accused, a coordinate Bench of this Court has granted them bail in Cr. Misc. No. 55022 of 2016 and 55068 of 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3657 of 2017 (3) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 with G.R.P. Darbhanga (Sitamadhi) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Samastipur, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
