This Criminal Miscellaneous has been filed for quashing the First Information Report of Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 167 of 2013 registered against the petitioners for offences under Sections 366A, 493 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that in this case trial is going on and the victim has also been examined.

In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous has become infructuous and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous is dismissed as withdrawn.
