The short grievance has been raised by the petitioner that the advertisement was published for appointment of Anganbari Sevika for Gram Panchayat Siljori of Ward No.2, as per petitioner, it is dominated by the scheduled caste community and wrongly has been declared as dominated by backward category and, for that, the petitioner and other villagers have lodged a complaint before the Child Development Programme Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12809 of 2018 dt.14-09-2018 2/2 Chandan, Banka on 12.8.2017 but, the same has not been disposed of and is still pending.

Let the petitioner should file a fresh representation along with a copy of this order before the District Programme Officer, Banka who will call for the record and will take a decision as to whether the feeder area, in question, is dominated by which caste, will take a decision in accordance with the scheme of Anganbari Sevika within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
