Petitioner is aggrieved on account of non payment of salary for the period July 2015 to November,2016 and from April 2018 on wards.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was validly appointed and he is regularly working yet petitioner is not being paid salary.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to verify the record and on

Patna High Court CWJC No.17711 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 verification of the record,if it is found that the petitioner was validly appointed and she is regularly working, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj shall ensure payment of the salary to the petitioner for the period the petitioner has worked.

Necessary decision in this regard may be taken within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
