The petitioner seeks bail in Goh P.S. Case No. 86/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 435 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for destroying JCB machine and put the same on fire. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of one Mritunjay Mishra, but the petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 14.11.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S.
