Petitioner who retired from the post of Medical Officer from ESI Hospital, Muzaffarpur on 30.11.2017 claims his retiral benefit with interest.

Considering the nature of claim and prayer made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.14046 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4 which will be considered and disposed of by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. Any payment due would be then paid to the petitioner within a month thereafter.
