====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 22-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 325, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to prosecution case, the informant Jira Devi alleging therein that on 11.04.2022, accused Nago Mahto alias Nageshwar Mahton came at her house in drunken condition and demanded Rs.5,000/- as Rangdari. On objection, Naho Mahto started abusing and assaulting with Danda. Thereafter, Khushboo Devi, Punam Kumari and Ganesh Kumar came there then co-accused Ranjan Kumar and Sajan Kumar brutally assaulted them with lathi and they snatched ear ring from Punam Kumari and also threatened to kill all family

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is allegation levelled against the petitioner that he assaulted the Jira Devi and injury is found grievous in nature.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposing the bail petition submitted that the Considering the facts and circumstances of case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022 G.R. No. 909 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

This application is accordingly, dismissed.
