JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner has challenged the payment of respondent no. 8, Smt. Bibha Kumari, on the ground that she has been appointed on the basis of fake educational certificates. The petitioner claims himself to be a social worker and hence he preferred the present writ application.

The respondent no. 8 was appointed as a Panchayat Teacher in the year 2006.

As far as the petitioner is concerned, neither he was nor

Patna High Court CWJC No.11961 of 2011 (4) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 he is a candidate for the post of Shiksha Mitra/Panchayat Teacher. No right of the petitioner has been affected by the appointment/payments to the respondent no. 8, on the post of Panchayat Teacher.

The petitioner, if so advised, may file a complaint before the competent authority.

I find no merit in the present writ application. The same is dismissed.
