This case relates with ponzy, however, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that appellant is ready to pay of the amount of the depositors.
That being so, there should be detailed calculation furnished at the end of the appellant before the learned lower Court considering the same, which the learned lower Court will verify before the complainant after noticing him and after deposit of the same, the learned lower Court will release the appellant on bail on its own satisfaction.
