Therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn since it has become infructuous. I.A.No. 7901 of 2016 filed for substituting the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased petitioner is accordingly disposed of.
