===================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 7.

04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Though, the case has been listed on the motion slip filed by learned A.C. to G.P.-15 for modification in the order on the ground that due to typographical error, some facts have been left out, but upon hearing learned counsel for the State, this Court does not feel the necessity to modify the order dated 19.01.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12210 of 2011, moreso, for the reason that as per learned counsel for the State himself, the same is only academic and shall not have any bearing on the merits of the case.
