The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2166/13/Tr. No. 3560 of 2013, registered under Sections 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant is not willing to go with the petitioner. It is further submitted that the complainant demanded to get back so-called enumerated articles which alleged to deliver by her parents at the time of solemnisation of her marriage.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection

(2) of Cr.P.C. Further condition that petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed in this case and he will not remain absent on two consecutive dates and trial proceeded on day to day basis till case is decided or in terms of articles of the complainant shall be returned by the petitioner.
