Patna High Court L.P.A No.1912 of 2015(36) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation.

Learned senior counsel for the appellants submits that a fresh representation shall be submitted to the State as well as the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation with a prayer to grant benefit of 5th and 6th Pay Commission as per the recommendation made by the 5th and 6th Pay Revision Committee with effect from the date, the government employees are getting the same. According to the appellants, the government has already taken a policy decision in this matter. In case, the appellants make such a representation within three weeks from today, the concerned authority shall take a decision thereon within four weeks thereof. The Letters Patent Appeal stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
