Mr. Yogendra Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 323, 324, 307, 354 , 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a woman having clean antecedent and the informant alleges that while she was cooking in the night, husband of this petitioner came to her house and started pulling her cloth with wrong intention and started misbehaving and when the informant shouted, the petitioner and two others came and assaulted the informant, it is next alleged that petitioner gave knife to her husband and he assaulted with knife on the left arm, chest, right hand and thigh of the informant and petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70732 of 2021(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 assaulted with bricks causing injury on head. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that injuries are lacerated and simple in nature, it is further submitted that petitioner on account of misbehaviour committed by her husband came to be implicated by the informant.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
