2. For the reasons stated in the application read with the affidavit, delay of about 2 months and 7 days in filing the present appeal stands condoned. I.A. No. 1 of 2025 is allowed.

3. On 24.02.2025, we have passed the following order- "Learned counsel for the appellants on instruction submitted that the present L.P.A. is similar to that of L.P.A. No. 255 of 2022 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 in the case of Dhananjay Singh & Ors. Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors. decided on 18.01.2023.

2. Learned State-counsel - Mr. Ram Vinay Prasad Singh is hereby directed to peruse the same and make his submission on the next date of hearing.

4. Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submitted that the present LPA No. 563 of 2022 could be disposed of in the light of order dated 18.01.2023 passed in L.P.A. No. 255 of 2022 (Dhananjay Singh & Others vs. The State of Bihar & Others). Accordingly, present LPA No. 563 of 2022 stands disposed of in terms of order dated 18.01.2023 passed in LPA No. 255 of 2022.

5. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
