JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 30-07-2018 While disposing of CWJC No.11514 of 2018 on 27.06.2018, the registration number of the vehicle (Bajaj Pulsar Motorcycle) has been indicated as "DL-85AK-0940". This is an error committed by the petitioner in the pleadings. The petitioner is directed to correct the pleadings during the course of the day and consequentially the order passed on 27.06.2018 be corrected and the vehicle to be released, be read as "BR-34J0156" and thereafter, considering the fact that there is no recovery from the vehicle in question, the vehicle be released on furnishing of two sureties to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate-Cum-Collector, Khagaria.

The valuation of the vehicle be done as per the insurance document.
